Founded in 1986, Ballet Magnificat! celebrates Christian ideals through dance, with its two touring companies traveling around the world to help spread their message. At its base in Jackson, talented youths have the opportunity to train and worship at the company's facilities during summer workshops and mini-workshops. The school's classes take place in its own studio, located just off the interstate a few miles north of downtown, while the professional troupe's Christmas and Easter performances in Jackson take place downtown at the Thalia Mara Hall.
